I wonder if you could change the "pump action" notice to say "semi-auto" instead?

and possibly add the grenade launcher from HL:A when used with the grenade mod.

if you can't animate, possibly pull the Shotgun offscreen when reloading the grenade.

can you make it so that is one handed in 3rd person?
