Make the red spy's scout have a blue shirt, and blu spy's scout have a red shirt. That is literally the canon way. If people would like the version you made they can use the Team Spirit paint.

Unfortunately everything still needs to be under the 1400 tri limit set by Valve.

They were originally smaller, but I wanted to compromise in order for it to avoid clipping with a lot of the jackets in-game. It sucks, but I really wanted it to be compatible with most other cosmetics

The straps look a little too thick even for tf2 imo, making them a lil less chunky would make it look less odd/big, other than that it'd be a funny halloween restricted cosmetic
