Love the personality each merc gives to the taunt. All of them feel very in character, I think this works well as a taunt and as an emote just for messing around. Nice work!

I like it for Sniper because it looks like an actual taunt, but aside from him the animation looks very smooth and jiggly, completely detached from base TF2's animation style

I share the same general opinion here, cool idea but most of the animations just look jarring af.

Sniper's is legitimately dope though, fits his personality perfectly and wouldn't look out-of-place in the game at all. Honestly I'd say just scrap all the others and make it a taunt for him only.

Love the idea itself, pretty versatile
Could use it for a kill freeze frame as a sassy "look who got'cha", or as an "ayyy" for a teammate you just popped off together with

The animations feel pretty loose compared to official valve-made ones, so i guess that's why they feel off
The timings also feel odd for some reason
I'd like it better if instead of having full voicelines it just had positive grunts, like from the C-5 voice response. The long voicelines kinda make it lose momentum

Animation style is completely detached from tf2's normal one, needs to be less jiggly and I think scout and pyro should just move into the finger gun pose like the other mercs instead of having scout twirl around and pyro spinning his arms, which both feel very random.

why is the movement jiggly? great concept, but toning down the jiggly factor would literally save this taunt (heavy has the worst of it, he looks like he's being played on puppet strings)

The posing of the mercs is good but the movement is a bit weird, the fast paced movements on the arms are not very natural, most notable on Demo and Medic

Why does the movements feel like they were done with motion capture? You got the mannerisms of each class right but the movements themselves feel really jiggly and there's not much weight according to the proportions of each merc.
