Report a translation problem
I edited your mod with rpfm & figured out that, sometimes, the replenishment can be very different from one campaign to another.
Going to no replenishment at all to something close to vanilla default.
I wonder if the modification could be done within the "db/campaign_difficulty_handicap_effects_tables" using the "phar_main_replenishment_percentage_bonus_unit_sets_all_units" key just like it is done for characters.
Don't get me wrong, this is 100% CA's fault, like the medium replenishment setting's description not working.
Seems like CA broke something in the 1.1 patch and then never bothered to fix it, because I remember it working on Pharaoh's release.
I hope CA is gonna fix the issue at some point, but maybe we can get them to notice if we all start voting in the official CA Forums on that bug topic: https://community.creative-assembly.com/total-war/total-war-pharaoh/bugs/3634-replenishment-campaign-customisation-bug#post-3731
