it is a genuine shame that Valve will probably never add another decorated weapon collection again. seeing well made skins like this just sit here are gather dust saddens me.

I mean, I could make it a custom coded warpaint and not just Dragon Slayer reskin, but:
1) Valve will not add it anyway and nobody will be able to use it as a mod (just like this one);
2) I will not be able to focus on texture mapping every other weapon because my attention span is as short as [insert something that has a very short length here as an example].

Warpaint version would make so I can't have the exact same texture placement, can't use normals, can't use custom wear, can't use custom blood, or it will not have albedo tint or team skins.

Sure, some warpaint bases have those but not together. Warpaint system sucks and makes me cry

Decorated weapons should have never left the game. Skins like this always hurt to see since they are so good but Valve is too lazy to add them in. Great post though, I like the details coming together to make an amazing skin.
