To improve further this mod , you could make it a Journal Entry, like South America with the European Migration button. Even could share the bad effects + reducing the clout of Landowners
After completion of JE (e.g 30-40 years, or up to 192X), the decision of integrating them (add to country primary culture) or exluding them ("Chinese Exclusion Act", force asimilation to main culture + impeding pops of same heritage for 20 years or so), with pros and cons, e.g. more migration guaranteed at the cost of radicals and dissaproval from Petite Bourgeoisie.
In a more distant future, and if possible, maybe restrict Labor Contract JE for countries in markets with direct nodes to China/India/Japan and any country of the Americas.
