No worries, but that's exactly what I've already tried. I even went and purged everything, then subsctibe to each mod one at a time. When they failed I deleted the manifest, unsubscribed, and move on to the next mod. The majority of them downloaded fine, but some just randomly wont even begin download. Which makes the mod updater useless, no mod contents ever get downloaded for it to see. Really pesky mystery issue.

No matter what I've tried, this mod just refuses to download. I'm trying to install a bunch of mods and most of them install fine. But a handful of mods like break Steam, it gets caught in a loop until it times out and says 'no internet connection' when that's not true. I then have to unsub, delete the manifest, and restart Steam so that I can continue downloading other mods.
