Updated for Atuuk + Wekkarus expansion. Creating another mod that is all-in-one, helping to keep tidy the mod list. That should help with the only trouble I could identify. I'll put a link to it in the description once its up.

Just checked it; it seems to be working on my end. As far as I can tell, its a mod loader issue, which I can't do anything about.

So I'm having an issue where the default races don't say "missing intelligence mission" or anything but the DLC races do. I moved the Mod up and down and checked. I went through your troubleshooting guide and the numbers are in there. And yeah, I restarted the game every time.

Now it shows up properly and all but still even loaded at the end of the mod list it doesn't prevent me from stealing techs.

make sure it is at the end of the list for mods you have; some other mods that seemingly don't affect races actually do. if those are loaded after this, this won't work.

Refreshed Components Facilities and Events is probably one of them.

as for not showing up in the mods list in the first place, I have no idea why it would do that. Even if the mod were completely broken, it should still show up there.

activated the mod but it doens't show up properly in modifications tab, no info or anything and in new game I can still steal tech

Oh, I see you specifically state it has to be a new game,,,so I did start a new one for testing and all races are there now. Not sure if I will play the new one just yet. I had a good game running.

Will do, I'll see if I can add it to my current game, but I'm not sure if I'll be able to tell if stealing is happening or not.

That should do it. A quick test has it working now. I have to think that what was causing the problem with the mod was the same thing that is messing with localization mods currently, but I digress. Let me know if it doesn't work again!

I'll test and (probably) fix it right away. Probably have to update it with every minor change to races. Thanks for bringing it to my attention.

I have recently returned to DW2 and was looking forward to playing with this mod. But, when activated on the current version 1.2.2.0 it kills 3 of 4 of the DLC races and they do not show up in the list when starting a new game. No other mods installed. They are gone with only this mod active or with the DLC versions active too. Quameno are the only race that remains active of the 4
