For the storage capacity just treat a set as 1kg.

I tried to build more wardrobes, but one of them is full and the others are filled too little... no matter how high the capacity is (tried capacity 0-100kg).

The dupes would put it on but not take it off when coming back the other way?

nm, figured it out.

Having an issue where I'll adjust the capacity to just enough to hold one set of pajamas because they'd just collect all the ones I make into a single wardrobe, but dupes are pretty much ignoring that, sticking in more than they should be able.

Exactly a QoL mod, but crashed because of some rotate issues.

Try use Rotate Everything instead, it works. @highjacker

like Nick say the mod instantly crash wen you try to build the wardrobe if you have the rotate bulding mod insalled
