I recently reported a crash when using the Family Tree mod in Hittite Play.

When I checked the collection, there were two incompatible mods, but even after reproducing the collection, I couldn't confirm the crash.

I suspect that modifying the script handling the local deity might be one of the causes.

For now, I will revert the mod type to its original state and test several more times to see if the issue persists.
However, I'm concerned because the reason for the problem in the family tree remains elusive.

Can you check my collection? The series that I’ve spent hours playing — and that my viewers have been following with great interest — has crashed. In the Gods tab, the ‘favored warriors of the gods’ screen doesn’t change. Additionally, when I click on the family tree, the game crashes. After hundreds of turns, these two screens suddenly started causing issues. I can still end turns and fight battles, but whenever I try to interact with either of these two screens, the game breaks

That seems difficult. Unlike Egypt, Mesopotamia doesn't grant crowns, so we'd need to add the corresponding data.
We'd probably have to modify the relevant script, and it's highly likely to conflict with other mods.

man you're LEGIT for this !! any plans on making some unique characters have more custom assets like having crowns like adad or ninurta for like ea-nasir etc ?

Don't like the update that just dropped.

The armor for greek generals was a LOT better before this. The change kind of ruined my narrative playthrough I had going.

I'll double-check, but I don't think I can give you a meaningful answer because I haven't noticed the same thing in a few saves with 100 turns played.

since today`s hotfix there`s a bug setting textures to very low and making the game crash after a few turns

It can be used without required mod.
The reason there is a required mod is because this mode has had dependencies in the past that use data from that mode.

Thanks a lot for the quick troubleshoot. I seem I did have other mods that also affect graphics. I have tried your sorting and the issue persisted. So I tried disabling every other mods except those 3 mods. However, there is a mod I couldnt disable as it added more Cimmerian units, which I have recruited some, so the game crashes if I launch the campaign without that mod. Now I look at it, seems like the mod also changes general visual, perhaps it was what causing the conflict.

It's quite interesting.
Based on the screenshot, the axe is a Trojan axe, not the kind used by Urartians or Hittites on GEV or MCU.
Also, since the axe is black, I'm guessing you're using a mod with a rigid model, not a wsmodel.

Please try the following mod sorting.
Change Porthole Stand
General Extra Variant
Make Character Unique (same for no scripts version)
ETC.
I'm using the same sorting as above and haven't noticed any of the reported bugs.
If you are experiencing bugs with this sorting, I would recommend disabling those mods that are not graphics related.

Hi, thanks you a lot for this mod, I have been loving it so far. Though I have run into some issue that I figure I should tell you.
I have been playing as minor faction Crimean, with this mod, your porthole mod, your Make Character Unique No script mod and some other mods unrelated to character visual.
It has been working fine or a while, then just recently when I swapped some of my general's weapons and armors around, suddenly their appearance completely changed to some very generic looking models. And they are stuck that way even when I swapped their equipements back as I remember. I have even tried disabling all 3 mods and their appearance seems to be stuck that way. 관련된 내용으로 1주일인가? 계속 제보한 외국인이 있긴했는데
그사람도 동일한 현상을 제보했었거든요.
문제는 모드가 없는 상태에서도 동일한 모델이 반복되는 현상이 있기도하고 관련된 데이터를 수정한적이 없던지라 마땅한 해결책도 없고,
저도 동일한 현상을 겪어서 수십판 돌려가면서 스크린샷 찍었습니다.

바닐라에서도 서로 똑같은 모델이였던 애들이 모드를 적용하고나서도 매판 계속 고정적으로 같은 모델을 공유하고있습니다.
바닐라 모델이 나오지는 않는걸로 봐선 모드 배열 버그는 아닌 것 같고 그냥 모델끼리 중복이 생기는 것 같은데, 매판 주변 지도자끼리 스크린샷 모델과 다른 모델들을 거의 3개씩 서로 공유해서 쓰고있다보니까 뭔가 이상하긴 하네요.

다른게 보인다는게 모드 스크린샷과 달리 바닐라 모델이 나오는거면 모드 배열 버그쪽같고요.
바닐라 모델이 나오지는 않는데 같은 모델이 중복되서 보이면 그건 확률쪽 문제 같네요.

아무래도 불러오는 모델의 기본 가짓수가 파일마다 1~5 이다보니 중복이 생각보다 잘 걸리긴합니다.

실제로 게임을 실행해보면 인게임내에서는 설명에 올라와있는 사진과 다르게 보입니다.
(아슈켈론 모델과 비블로스 모델이 똑같거나, 다른 모델들이 겹침)
모드는 해당 모드하고 캠패인 자세 변경 모드 2개만 켜둔 상태이고 정렬도 사진에 나온대로 해놨는데.. 뭔가 추가적으로 작업해줘야되는건가요 ??

the mod has worked perfectly for me until at some point in my shupiluliuma campaign I tried to give a general a regular kopesh and the item was not showing, only its shadow. I won a minor victory there and decided to take a break and start with Odysseus and some of the achean generals have missing bows and weapons. Is there any fix for that?

That's weird, I've only modified some DB related to the Sea Peoples, not even the ones related to the chariots.
Also, I just checked and I was able to equip the chariot normally.

This is a reskin only mod, and I don't think such a mod can create a bug where you can't equip it.
So my guess is that there is a mod you are subscribed to that modifies the generals. Please check the mods you have subscribed to.

This mod seems to prevent you from equipping generals with chariots (confirmed for Hittites, Mesopotamians, etc). Can you please check why this is happening and perhaps get it fixed?

It looks like animation files for 2D art were added by mistake. We've hotfixed it, so if you continue to experience the same issue, please report it.

After the newest update of this, the porthole standing mod isn't working properly when used alongside this mod, all generals holding swords are just frozen but when this mod is turned off it works totally fine, i have made sure they are in the order the image shows and checked without any other mods on.
