I really wish the author of this mod would make this extremely gimmicky and fucked up part of their mod well advertised. I'm miffed as fuck that I spent 3-4 hours on this mod before reaching this extremely terrible part. It's like the guy drove his little train off a cliff on purpose to spite his players or something. No idea why this is part of the mod. People openly admit to console cheating just to get past this part.
Otherwise it's pretty good, but I still don't like having to worry about starving characters.
Thanks again for playing, it's always great knowing people have enjoyed my work.
Cheers / Robert
ps: good mod, like the underground city idea
SPOILERS HERE. VIEW ONLY IF YOU ARE ABSOLUTELY STUCK ON FINDING THE SCROLL.
Rise early to the shadow of the crow's nest;
then keep a watchful eye towards the west.
It is difficult to return; be prepared.
It's awesome seeing so many new people taking a stab at the map, I understand if it's a rough journey but I'm okay with polishing things up based off of feedback.
The one thing I'm really surprised with is that no one has been negative about item placement. I thought what I had was horrible. I'm glad that no one hits a brick wall with what's given though.
"This adventure has been created with a new party in mind."
Sorry about this. The mod was created to be difficult, but possible if you play carefully.
I worked on a sequel for a few months after releasing this, and even though it's extremely incomplete, I'd like to hear your thoughts on it. I believe it is much better in many regards, but I'm not sure if I'll get around to finishing it anytime soon.
Find a spot where the sand is deep and do as it says. There is a designated spot on the beach, you just need to look a bit. There is only one of it in that small area. I updated the game to make this easier, but you will not get the update unless you restart (don't do that :3)
