After selecting colonize, only level 1 Lumber Depot (port) is buildable. The main building stays as ruin and the build menu items are greyed out. Asking me to construct all required buildings first. But that is the first building that needs building.

hello (I hope I haven't asked that in the past),

do you think it would be possible for you to give us the option to build the Khufu legacy buildings?
With the "Colonise Amarna" option we will get a part of the Akhenaten legacy (sadly not the 2 gods option^^) and maybe the same would be possible for Khufu?

That should be caused by another mod.

Ive taken the city, but I cannot rebuild it. Is that normal?
