the g,the same thing happened when i spawn in gmen toilets and i fix it by making a face expression that makes the face completely normal

this may be the only time I comment something like this, but whenever I spawn in the dupe itself, for some reason, the head always ends up looking a disfigured melted mess, with the original body of the head being visible, i'm not exactly sure if this is a bug regarding the dupe itself or it's some addon I have, hell, I don't know if i'm the only one experiencing this, but in the case it's a bug, I wanted to let the original creator of the dupe know.
