Build 42 is NOT ready to bother with on. I've written more about this in the discussions.
Going back to Build 41...
Unstable releases are just for testing for people who want an early peek, it's not for production use (i.e. gameplay) - that is what stable is for.
TIS can still change things around during this pre-release version before B42 (stable) is officially release and break things, which would cause more work for me.
Specifically, for each mod i want to know: what is not working? I hardly ever get any bug reports on my mods so it's kind of hard to fix things.
I haven't played B42 unstable yet and don't know. When B42 *STABLE* is released for real then i'll look into updating the mods if they are broken. So for now, stay on B41 if you want to use it.
Thank you for the replies and the mod itself
When i create mods and test them out, i do so on a standalone local server with very few mods active, apart from the mod i am developing i have maybe a maximum of 6 other mods like errorMagnifyer which is very important when coding.
My mods use unique global variable names and function names that should not collide with other mods, I've been quite aware of this problem since i started modding, and i cannot see that being a problem. If there are conflicts with other mods, i cannot tell since that would create a crapload of job for me to validate my mod against 1000 others. That is just not going to happen.
So - If it does not work for you, then sorry i cannot help you, it appears to work for +200 others, so my qualified guess is that it is something on your end.
So, regardless if you click upvote or downvote - thank you :o)

As for the mod, there was a scene in TWD where they smashed a frozen zombie during season 9 or 10 - that is what i wanted to recreate. I even looked for ways of making zombies more "snowy-like" for when they were frozen, but if i wanted that i had to make all new zombie sprites for the game and that would require too much effort. I'm a coder, not a graphics artist.
I barely remember World War Z, the book felt so disorganized (like watching a TV channel with different shows on the subject) and the movie barely touched the original stories from the book, i remember that some people in the book moved north for colder climates for this exact reason.
Anyway, this mod reminds me of the World War Z book, so I'll consider it.
"ITs rUSsIoPhOBIa"... no, it's the result of a country threatening every European country with nukes every 6 months, invading Ukraine and committing war crimes, assassinating people in Europe, performing sabotage against our industry, spreading political propaganda in the west and turning away from human rights and democracy. There is no reason to even have trade or diplomatic relationships with them anymore.
Now russia is pretty much North Korea 2.0 and are bitching about things they did to themselves, their economy will implode like it did in 1989, but this time - no one will come to their aid.
Thank you for your support, man!
