When I use this mod with RT56, there is an error in buffing the number of factories. For example, I play the United States in the game 1936, there are 171 factories but actually 128 factories have been built.

Correction: I didn't understand I needed Götterdämmerung DLC for the civilian reactors, however that is something to check if it is available with this mod on.
