Bonus parts are items that require configured attachment points.
With the car editor, you can set such points for a car and place a specific bonus part. (green spots)
These parts have no function, they are only visual.

In this list, I have only described where the individual bonus parts are to be installed.

There is a third-party mod called QoL that allows you to have the subscribed bonus parts pre-installed. Otherwise, you have to buy the parts in the shop and install them yourself.

Bonus part locations in the cabin (Curve)
Bonus part location on Roof (SUV Wing)
Bonus part locations on both sides (Sideskirt)
Lowered and stiffer Suspension
