Also just to confirm they are under "C:\Users\Username\Documents\Neverwinter Nights\portraits" and not in the override folder?

Nwncrunch would make that unviewable with paint.ent. Ah maybe, the .dds portraits only work on Enhanced Edition?

Can you confirm which version your using, I can probably write up a python script to convert em to tga later.

The portraits do not load for some reason when taken from The Neverwinter Vault. I noticed they are .dds files vice .tga files, although you have them correctly placed in an override directory.

Using Paint.net to examine them, but they fail to open ("There was an error opening this file").
