Can you add Sweden-Finland Union formable? And the flag must then be a white flag with a yellow nordic cross with blue lines around it (Democratic). And put the Swedish-Finnish Coat of Arms if (Non-Aligned)

like the decision to actually form it is just not there, ive tried with mongolia and other countries near by and fiddled with the ideology and still never appeared

you mean kurdistan? if it is the sultanate of rum (aka seljuk sultanate) why not iran and turkey can also form it too? or is it a different country to begin with?

Byzantium makes it's capital Edirne, not Constantinople

Some of the Turkish states also don't get cores as well

actually Eurasia was project of Russia and China so to make easier and more historical acurrate I expect only these states

Eurasia actually didn't planed do many states. It was project of uniting Russia and China.
