Probably not. Facepaints (and tattoos and patterns) are 2D images painted on top of the 3D character model, while the other slots are 3D models themselves. Even the tattoo slots are iffy, they are expecting a black and white image where the black becomes transparent and the white changes to the tattoo color. (Patterns are similar, except that they use 3 colors.)

Is it possible to add facepaints to other slots?
I want to make a config for myself.
I tried adding it to lower face props.
It appeared in the selection but does not have visuals on the character

I feel like the traveler would like you a lot, you know, because number one: he likes people that can be sneaky because it's fun, right? And you can be sneaky.

Yeah, I kind of snuck that in there, if you know what it is, it's a big plus. If not, it's just a harmless goofy tattoo.
