as this is just a retexture but if you check out the main mod it doesn't naturally spawn in MP only by admins but for single player you will need SP spawns mod its linked in the description in TTAJ1bl4's post

Looks great! Still havent actually gotten around to finding the helicopter yet after a few hundred hours, but i look forwards to it.
