Changed Sandbox Option: ZombiesDropLootMultiplier (min = 0.0001 from 0.01, and default = 0.01 from 1.)

If you're in admin mode or debug mode you can view item IDs/types in the item viewer. Otherwise you'd have to browse the files.

Where can we find the item IDs for the whitelist/blacklist? I want to set a blacklist so zombies don't drop full game boxes (so just trading cards, dice, etc).

Depends on the Add-On in question. Games that come in boxes are rarer than games that come outside of boxes - for example card games.

However, for the add-ons I made/helped with that are trading card games, I made it so they generate 1 card only (with a higher chance of it being rare). This is true for Mosaics of Magic, and Poke TCGs.
