Yes, and allows the AI to fully grasp both MOD's seamlessly for those die hard veterans, the default for AI to use the MOD is turned off. But if AIBuildNWeapons is enabled in rules.ini to true...that's where things get challenging.

So if I understand correctly, you added Bast75's AI Boost mod to your already existing Warfare mods ? If so that's awesome, best of both worlds
