I'm gonna say yes, but I do not know exactly where those sound files are placed, Or what the trigger is for those sound file to be played. Best of luck to you if you want figure it out.

This mod changes the jump scares from zombies to be the homeless from south park asking for change. 1 of 9 jump scare sounds will play at random when the zombie jump scare happens. (My favorite is number 9)
