Great idea, but I've been playing other games recently and maybe I'll update this feature later.
I would suggest something the game already does: show an ! (exclamation point) over the unit icon, perhaps in green?
Edit. Or change the apple icon on the unit flag to another color to show it is carrying a seed.

不过在设计上是规定了至少要等一回合的,如果你想瞬间获得资源或者自定义选项里没有的时长,就得找本地的mod自己改了
That's okay. If you want to cultivate all the resources, you can subscribe to another mod in this mod introduction, but it may feel a bit out of place.
This is strange. I tested and checked the code and didn't notice any issues. Perhaps I am not very certain about a mechanism that I have overlooked. If the cause of the problem is found, it should be fixed.
Did you try moving to another plot and trying again? If a plot contains resources that your current technology cannot detect, such as oil, all the buttons are hidden.

If the mod does not have any bugs, the AI should not use this mod.
I'm not sure if the AI can use the button-clicking functions, so I added an additional restriction: the AI cannot produce Agronomist.
