These aren't NPCs, although they can be made into NPCs with the model manipulator. These are ragdolls which can be found in the "addons" tab in the spawnmenu.

Then you must be looking at the wrong models, if they do not look like the ones in the screenshots, then their not because of this addon. And these are hexes, not replacements.

No, these are hexes, they have HD Facemaps, and HD citizen clothes, plus HD custom outfits. You can find them by searching "People" in the search bar in the spawnmenu.

So this replaces the original HL2 models with shirts?
