also, for aar the josephine baker portrait is pershing, and odavis jr is an army chief instead of an air chief. also why are so many portraits in the files green?

@karogrotto There is a technocratic path in the game! It requires completing "Failures of the Government" and playing as the USB when the civil war event pops up.

Love the mod! I don't know if this would be considered a major rework or not, and I know you are moving on to another project, but I have a couple ideas. The US Navy, nuclear research, and OSS could have a focus which can be edited via completion of other focuses like the airforce and army can. In regards to the army, all 4 branches are mutually exclusive. Wouldn't it make more sense to choose one branch each between "Support Springfield" and "Support Rock Island"?

I haven't tried on the newest version, I didnt even realize it was updated recently. I am going to guess that it does work now. But if not I'll just comment. Thanks for fixing it

@Immortal Zeki Are you still running into the problem? I did fix the mod so now congress should only be removed once you complete "Absolute Monarch." This was patched on both versions.

Doesn't seem like you have viewed the other mod page so I will post it here too.

I think there is a bug with the royalist path which seems to be in both versions of the mod. If you do "constitutional monarch" as opposed to "absolute monarchy" you are unable to declare war at all because congress disappears when you go into the royalist civil war and never comes back.

@Rustivard The opposition won't declare war on break away states if you the USA is defending well (holding D.C.) so most games won't see them fight anyone else. I'll take what you said into consideration though.

@GoldenTundra that isn't what happens at all though. The USB has a choice to declare war on all of the break-away states, and they always choose not to declare war on anything, or maybe one or two. Also, armies should not be spawning in fully equipped when you still aren't possibly capable producing that much equipment even if you only build military factories in every state until 1938.

@Lucky Spaniard for right now this mod has no plans for anymore major updates, but we do plan to continue with small updates and fixes to keep it up to date with the current version of Hoi4.

@Immortal Zeki There aren't any major differences between the two versions except the Mod Compatible version is designed to work with Road to 56 and is a lot less prone to crashing when playing with other mods. The Advanced version simply has the extra states, a few more focuses for the releasable states and gives other nations a few more options during the American Crisis. I want to keep the versions as similar as possible so no one is missing out on content.
We are still working on finishing and polishing the Russia Reworked mod, and it is approaching completion.

Besides the new states, what exactly is the differences between the two versions? This version conflicts with a mod called non-historical made actually playable. It seems to work, but the custom game rules that mods adds doesn't show up with this version which is practically the entire mod. Is it possible to make a discussion post where you say the specific differences?

Noticed that the USA Anarchist path civil war steals states from Germany and Belgium for some reason. The American Opposition when the civil war kicks off takes two states from Belgium and one from the Rhineland in Germany, taking a chunk of my industry when I was doing a German Empire run.

@Rustivard The American Opposition isn't designed to be conquered, only defended against. They only last 340-380 days and the amount of divisions they field are meant to help them fight against rebelling states. I do apologize though for the inconvenience.

Why does the American Opposition in the anarchist path spawn in with +80 divisions? If you dont build them mil factories they start with like 6 and are yet able to field 3x the size of the army that you start with, and plus you cant have enough equipment for your army even if you just build military factories in every state you start with. This path feels like it was not play tested at all.

Great mod but is there any reason I'm now stuck with my map being covered in election decisions, after the election? It's kind of distracting. Beyond that, very well done!

I'm consistently getting a crash during game startup, specifically at the "Creating Checksum" stage. No other mods and all DLC.

Another mod update: Expanded content for the USA's fascist tree has been completed, new scientists have been added, and the supreme court has been implemented. Mod progress has been moving a whole lot faster, and while I still don't have a guaranteed completion date I can say it will be sooner rather than later.

@GoldenTundra Thanks for letting me know. I tried it and unfortunately it does not work with Gotterdammerung. However, I also noticed that whenever I try to play it on the most recent version of Hoi4, there is a problem loading the map, and it crashes every time.

The update will be called Spirit of Revolution
The Philippines focus tree along with additional content is officially done (hopefully)! Next we'll be working on updating the military tree for the United States.
