Thank you very much for this, I was really irritated with it as the distinction between government owned and private is a bit disingenuous for an absolutist state (wherein they are crown owned)

omg thank you for this mod, i find financial districts never buy my government buildings witch is so annoying when building resource buildings as i get less wood and coal in market due to lower economy of scale
