Well, I'll be easy since it's your first. Generally, people tend to look down on propcannons. You're better off making a few basic hitscan bullet weapons first and then pouring time into one that you plan on releasing. If you're looking for interesting models, definitely look into messing around with the SWEP Construction Kit. It's an easy way to make world and view models. Otherwise, this isn't exactly a /bad/ SWEP, you switched it up a bit with the breen heads which is alright.

tl;dr Excusable first SWEP, not that bad, check out SCK if you're interested, keep learning, yadda yadda yadda
