i understand your point of view. Maybe this configuration for the social worker wasn't the best idea

Another thing I've noticed, is that your mod prefers the Social Workers Building over the Mixed Social Building. I think this should be the other way around - Mixed Social Buildings were, frankly, the draw of this mod for me, I think Social Workers Buildings should prefer to upgrade to Mixed Social Buildings.

Remember, the whole point of Social Buildings is that they do not care about Pollution. That's their whole niche in the game. Putting in the Social Workers Building as a trap is erasing the point of Social Buildings.

Becquet28: If it's meant to be a worker's building, then the people who live within should be capable of doing the skilled labor that tends to be found in proximity to pollution. If anything, I'd say it should have a larger proportion of skilled to unskilled labor.

As it is, it's just a trap embedded in the mod, in that you're likely to put social buildings (which generally do not care about pollution) near industry, then find your poor social buildings turning immediately into social worker buildings, that are worse than poor social buildings .

the social worker building appear when you build social building with pollution nearby. It was meant to symbolize really poor conditions.
If you have idea how to update it (what it should produce and under what conditions it appears) i can gladly change it :)

So... The Social Workers Building is actually a trap; it's worse than the vanilla Poor Social Building in that it does not produce nearly as much Skilled Labor, and it has one less happiness.

This mod contains a trap that will make things harder on you. Not a fan of this at all. And it's not safe to remove from a save.

Hello, i just start a normal game in temperate biome with only more social buildings mod activated. I develop my city until i unlock the social building and the mod was working fine.

Could you tell me what is your game config ? (what mod activated, normal or sandbox, trains activated or not, ....) so i can test in the same conditions

Mod not working at present. Upgrades do not show up in the pedia or in the upgrades list.

I'm not sure if it is a bug or just a coding mistake, but the Social Mixed building says that it needs 8500 UNIVERSITIES to be unlocked.

when i played cities skylines back in the day, i love making soviet and south korean inspired blocks. in minecraft, i like making social apartments. i think it was that everything snapped into place like tetris, or the inner dictator in me finds them easier to manage.

i guess public housing is my guilty pleasure. it's nice to see a mod spices up the variety to choose from. thank you! :D:
