@Exan_Flo Thanks for keeping it up to date!
Exan_Flo 26 Aug @ 8:51am
this is working now so im removing my version
Goshbrindal  [author] 26 Aug @ 5:48am
I've updated to 4.0 so it should be good to use it again.
alankraskow 9 Aug @ 11:32am
@Goshbrindal thank you ^^

Will give you full credit ofc
Goshbrindal  [author] 9 Aug @ 11:29am
Yeah you can use it I don't mind. I haven't tested to see if it works on the latest version since I've been busy but you're more than welcome to use it.
alankraskow 8 Aug @ 12:25pm
Hey @Goshbrindal, I made a big human portrait overhaul and I got permission from few other creators to include their mods already and wanted to ask for permission to add yours as well, as it would be perfect addition with others :)

Exan_Flo 29 Jul @ 7:31am

Hmm.. Even with the suggested changes to 22_portrait_cybernetics.txt, I can't seem to get this working correctly. New clothes and phenotypes show, but evolution stages (cybernetics) are missing. Anyone have luck with this recently?
Dave 22 Jun @ 9:21am
To anyone who's too lazy to edit the file themselves, just replace the 22_portrait_cybernetics.txt with contents of this: https://pastebin.com/4Xi6LC36

Anyone who wants to fix this themselves in their own mod folders (which is what I did), you need to go to gfx/portrats/portraits/22_portrait_cybernetics.txt .

1) Change every instance of the word "values" to "value"
2) Change every sequence of code in the following way:
* From:
portrait_evolution = {
evolution_stages = {
# cybernetization stages
{

* To:
portrait_evolution = {
# cybernetization stages
variants = {
{

The new human phenotypes and clothing options appear in 4.0, but it appears to disable the cybernetic evolution stages for all the reactive cybernetic portraits. Reactive synthetic and biogenesis portraits are unaffected.
Critter 6 May @ 10:57am
Seems not to be working with new update
Remulus 6 May @ 10:47am
Hey, how is the 4.0 Compatability? Thank you!
Scout 13 Feb @ 1:35am
Couple more things I noticed - the commander clothes seem to be working, but the purple official outfit still isn't appearing. Also - any time a woman becomes the faction leader, her hair gets changed to the default green undercut
Goshbrindal  [author] 12 Jan @ 7:42pm
@Scout
It was an oversight by me; I've fixed this now.

I'm getting an issue where I can pick any of the clothing options at empire creation, but in game only the scientist clothing variants are naturally appearing, all officials and generals are using the default clothing
WeenoTM 8 Dec, 2024 @ 3:52pm
Id kill for a cybernetic shipset mod that only changes lights to match your flag color instead of the whole damn hull
💀Kralazar Mallus💀 14 Nov, 2024 @ 8:45am
Do you have a version with only the Caucasian race?
celtarican 26 Sep, 2024 @ 5:09am
Hi, I love this mod! Do you think it's possible to do the same to the commander uniforms you did for the scientist uniforms?

Missing eyes are caused by the use of the wrong mask, to fix it you simply need to modify gfx\portraits\portraits\22_portraits_cybernetics inside the mod's folder.

Replace every "gfx/models/portraits/cybernetics/cybernetics_portrait_12_m_stage_2_mask.dds" by "gfx/models/portraits/cybernetics/cybernetics_portrait_12_m_stage_1_mask.dds", save, and enjoy !
E 24 Jul, 2024 @ 7:10am
@K0rruptedYouth agreed, evolution stages don't have eyes
K0rruptedYouth 19 Jul, 2024 @ 1:18pm
Not sure if it's just me, but some of the faces do not have eyes.
Cyber Warlord 11 Jul, 2024 @ 7:11pm
Would it be possible to make a mod compatiblity mod for human phenotypes 3.12? When I run both mods it seems to removed the divided cybernatic humans types to just the default.
Cowardly_chaplain 4 Jul, 2024 @ 11:09am
Dear author, please do think on slightly more recognisable outfits.

Thank you!
Goshbrindal  [author] 30 Jun, 2024 @ 2:45pm
@Alerios

Yes, and it's a great suggestion will really bring a bit more variety into the cybernetic stages.
marsmelon24 30 Jun, 2024 @ 12:33pm
I think you used some advanced ai generated software to do this
Alerios 30 Jun, 2024 @ 2:37am
Is it possible to have some portraits with fully cybernetic body but no cybernetic face (at least tier 2, not a fully eye replacement Tier 3).Nice mod !
Compa 29 Jun, 2024 @ 3:43pm
Looks cool. Thank you for the work
Goshbrindal  [author] 29 Jun, 2024 @ 3:19pm
@singleton30

Its really easy to make more so yeah I do wanna add at least double the amount.
singleton30 28 Jun, 2024 @ 11:26pm
oh this is cool, any plans to add more faces in the future?
John Canavi 26 Jun, 2024 @ 10:04pm
Hey, nicely done!
casdnova 26 Jun, 2024 @ 5:42pm
Rad as all hell
Goshbrindal  [author] 26 Jun, 2024 @ 5:28pm
Yes, this mod is achievement/ironman compatible.
Lucifer Morningstar 26 Jun, 2024 @ 1:52pm
Is this achievement and ironman compatible?
Snowblind 26 Jun, 2024 @ 9:03am
Thank you!
