Try increasing their base AoE to 7 or 8. Their base damage is also a little low, but the AoE change alone should make the weapons much more usable. (I bumped the LAC/SAC base damage value from 64 to 70.) Also, make sure to bump up their impact radius as well as the damage radius (the impact radius is a pathetic 3 for the LAC/SAC and 5 for the UHAC; try 5 and 10 instead, respectively).
With these tweaks, the ACs are very effective, to the point that the UHAC might be a little TOO strong; the amount of Concussion damage is without equal. (Its accuracy is pretty awful, though, and it scatters pretty wildly even with a low Scatter stat)
the heavy auto cannon is a game changer in early open maps the 2 two lighter versions are hit and miss with hits not registoring, good models and fits in the world well
So I'm also gonna assume that these weapons are cut content.
If so, I wonder why they were cut.
