hey, i tried to search th Voice actors of TI cast. according to https://www.mobygames.com/game/191861/terra-invicta/credits/windows-apps/

the voice actors are Farah Ahmet (Fiona Ayoade), Zura Johnson (Judith Howell), Etienne Durandt (Soren Van Wyk), Erik Ransom (Khalid Al-Ashgar), Christina Ho (Li Qingzhao), Matthew Pollino (Hanse Castillo), Harish Bhimani (Kiran Banerjee)
