CheezBallz, I hate "vanilla balanced" characters, thank you.

He has great mobility, high damage, fast moves, and big hitboxes. 6000+ damage combos are too easy and neutral is stronger than the description would have you believe. It's very cool but needs some nerfs to be vanilla balanced.

It is because it is an "Astral Finish", in a sort. It can only be used if Sol's opponent is at or below 350 (3500 in game) HP.

Nevermind, I figured out it's a finisher move that requires them to be low hp.

How do you land that huge final slash at the end of the Sol vs Kai fight video? Even putting them against eachother and using the special modes they get, I don't see the move anywhere.

Dang that's a shame because it happened in Singleplayer. Btw it's not deterring me from the character as he is interesting, has a MVC character vibe to him, just needs some animation clean up.

It is not. It is a visual bug that was around for quite some and and neither me nor anyone else in Modding server know how to fix it. It is fixable by loading him in Singleplayer first before going into any game (even if it's single player -> single player), but it's curing the symptoms, not the cause. To this day I have no idea how to actually fix the bug itself.

Is it intentional for Sol to be unseen when he uses "Burst of Emotion"? Because it happened when I was testing him against kai. Seems like I should mention it because it makes him hard to play as or against.

Uuuh just so you know Raging Emotions: End Of The Story being usable at any time was not intended, it was a bug
Now it correctly can't be used until opponent falls below 30% of theit HP

Hey, This character, as well as kai is great, keep up the good work, PS: Loved the piano on kai, it was great. Dont worry about all the hate and keep going!

And the rest of the cast will be... much more unplayable than even Kai is, due to mechanics only I enjoy. So it's not like anyone will like them.

Yeah, I think I will quit modding. It doesn't pay off, and everyone's opinion always remains the same. No matter what I make, it's always getting shitted on, so I see no real reason to even go on, if I am that bad.

With Outside Narrative and True Slash, I believe, Sol has his glaring weakness covered and now he actually can do stuff.
This will probably be the last update... for today. I also expect people to get better with him, so next balance changes will probably be nerfs, lol.
