Good mod :D

Is this save compatible .o.?
miyakolily 21 Sep, 2024 @ 12:18pm
Is there any way for Hive Minds to declare sanctuaries? Right now Empath seems to be their equivalent of Exploration Protocols, in that if you have that civic you can pacify space amoebae and crystalline entities.

OK<, I've re-written the logic. Let me know if working as intended now
Porkenstein 18 Sep, 2024 @ 9:02am
if it's any help, the worlds I noticed the option on were already holy worlds designated by a fallen empire. I haven't yet been able to look if the option is available on other uncolonized planets.
Porkenstein 18 Sep, 2024 @ 9:01am
@communista, nope, the community hasn't been formed yet.
communista  [author] 18 Sep, 2024 @ 12:53am
Has the Galactic Community passed the Natural Sanctuaries resolution?
Porkenstein 17 Sep, 2024 @ 2:16pm
Hm, I seem to be able to designate a sanctuary world even though I'm neither a rogue servitor nor an environmentalist.
miyakolily 11 Sep, 2024 @ 2:33pm
Ah, I thought there would be a Decision to undesignate a sanctuary world, like if you find one you think is more suitable.
communista  [author] 11 Sep, 2024 @ 1:58pm
Sorry, I’m a bit confused by what you’re asking then. You have to be able to designate a Sanctuary World in order to undesignate one.

If the Galactic Community hasn’t passed the environmental resolutions, the only way to remove a Sanctuary World inside your borders is to colonise it.

Was this something you could do previously?
miyakolily 11 Sep, 2024 @ 1:50pm
Confirmed that I am still unable to un-designate a sanctuary world, as machines that are not Rogue Servitors but do have Exploration Protocols.
miyakolily 11 Sep, 2024 @ 1:45pm
Ah, I'm not a Rogue Servitor but I'll give it a try! Exploration Protocols is similar in that it enables all the "coexist" options with spaceborne alien life.
communista  [author] 11 Sep, 2024 @ 1:44pm
I've found the mistake that likely caused this bug if you're a Rogue Servitor. Try the new version I've just uploaded.

As of the latest update, I cannot un-designate a Sanctuary World, but the option to colonize them remains in place.

I am playing as gestalt machines with Exploration Protocols, which, it does seem appropriate that they would have the option to designate Sanctuary Worlds.

All empires have the same cap.

The 3.13 update to this mod will also add an extra check so that Relentless Industrialists and the new Planetshapers cannot use the decision even when the Galactic Community resolution is passed.
Taelim 8 Sep, 2024 @ 12:16pm
Just to clarify, when Natural Sanctuaries is passed, do all empires have the same cap, or do environmentalists and rogue servitors have a greater cap than everyone else?
Breadmond 9 Aug, 2024 @ 5:53pm
rad
communista  [author] 8 Aug, 2024 @ 11:51pm
Done.
Breadmond 7 Aug, 2024 @ 1:54pm

lo amo ^^ suelo jugar con repúblicas centradas en agricultura, naturalistas, pacifistas y esto le da un plus al lore de mis civilizaciones ^^

Maybe set up a combo with Genisis guide that spawns pre-sapient species on them as well. Could even have pre-existing pre-sapients spawn a copy on each of those worlds, sense they are preserves to protect potentially endangered species. Make it so Natural Sanctuaries lets copies of pre-sapients be shared across all sanctuary worlds.

i like it
