Glad this mod is around. Even though it usually how I make money at start I always thought it was wrong for such a utility location to be a freebie theft location too.

Fixed an error where any civilian will use Tech shooing lines. Holy Citizens won't say "trying to work here!" anymore if you barge into their shack
