You Could Probably Chaos Blast Using That Kind of Mod. It kind of reminds me Shadow's Chaos Powers!

This mod's hat is underpowered

The hat is too slow And It's not even good after fully upgraded.

Charging like 5 sec to deal 1 damage is seriously bad when think about swing umbrella deal 3 damage in 1 second

Even projectile hat do 1 damage after 2 seconds of charge

Also heat resistance and spawning giant ice cream tower on kill is basically useless


But the effects are very beautiful and concept is fun

Overall I think this hat is not fun to play with but fun to watch
