@Kita
"Do you know if your mod is compatible with "better piracy" mod?"

Sorry for necro'ing this, but perhaps others will have the same question: I used to use both this and 'better piracy', no problem. It's annoying playing without this, tbh, and I can't recommend it highly enough.

neither seem to be working for me atm (i think issues with Sir Nuke's api /community patch), but I'll figure that out eventually. They definately did work together, as much as Better Piracy is out of date and only partially working.

Oh, and thanks for the mod :)

@Kita if the mod writes a new bail script then probably not. This is just one targeted line at the vanilla script to change a single value. It cant get more compatible then that.

@Treybor Do you know if your mod is compatible with "better piracy" mod?

@thorsten_s6 bail = crew leaving ship
thorsten_s6 11 Jul, 2024 @ 12:15pm
Bail means claim the enemy ship?

Thanks, appreciate the mod.

@Kelvren no and this was released after 7.0 launched
Kelvren 8 Jul, 2024 @ 8:21pm
Have bailing mechanics changed in 7.0?
Troubleshooter 3 Jul, 2024 @ 2:47pm
I appreciate this simple change, thanks!

@BLACKcOPstRIPPa in vanilla, you shoot 1 shot every 30 seconds to trigger the bail check while they are under 75% hull 20% shields and there is a % chance some enemies will bail, with this it checks every 10 seconds
BLACKcOPstRIPPa 28 Jun, 2024 @ 4:21am
What is the Bail check?
For them to leave ships so they can be claimed?

or like destroyed ships that can only be salvaged disappear sooner?

This is exactly what I was looking for! Something that makes bailing a little easier but not so that the universe gets littered with abandoned ships everywhere, thanks!

Lol, adding this cause this is exactly what i need and not a complicated formulae that i cannot understand that has to rebalance the bailing system.

Thanks, going to check this out
