I'm not sure that that's a hat specific bug.

There's a bug with the hat I noticed with Unusual effects. I can't really show it but like, there was this huge transparent box that blocked the effect under certain lighting.

Well, you know what they say... Fortune favors the bold! Valve has been relatively open to adding more styles, as it generates more revenue for them and their partnered creators.

For reference, the Cozy Cover-Up and Fuel Injector have had a style added after release, and others have added missing styles or fixed bugs; there's still some hope!

I like this a lot, but you can basically make the set with a
1. brimmed boot lagger (team spirit)
2. cool cat cardigan (team spirit)
3. manndiory attire (after 8)
bonus. Electric twanger
Still hope it gets added into the game
