Works to be used even on the SCS Map. The traffic will spawn only in Romania

Looks to be fixed now, thanks. The UK traffic pack still is spawning outside of Britain though (in places like France, Germany, Greece, Romania, etc.).

Weirdly, I'm still getting Romanian traffic spawning outside of Romania. (on v1.53, this is the only mod activated in the load order).
