Socialism works because it is true

The mod is currently incompatibe with any mod that tries to edit a project or a relation that exists in the game, since both the template files and the localization files contain all of the vanilla entries, rather than just the new ones.
This also means that any updates made to the base game with regards to these entries will be reverted by this mod.
