Apparently it's requiring a "Frozen Outpost", which is either a norscan or kislev building, preventing it from being recruited in campaign.

And yes, while you can ignore the countless Empire modded factions, you do have to make sure that every Empire mod behaves/works correctly when playing as Karl, as Elspeth, as Gelt and Markus at the very least I guess <3 While, if I understand that correctly by now, Elspeth has slightly different buildings (not just 2 special buildings only available to her as before), is that correct?

Are all units from the mods included or is it a selection?
Is recruiting the same for all Empire factions or does it vary between Nuln/Wissenland and the other "major vanilla" Empire factions?
Maybe you could list all units, at least their name / type? I don't think everybody knows the original mods.... Just some additional info would be great... Links to original mods would also help folks to read up what's inside in more detail <3 Just some suggestions. Keep them coming! Thx
