Like I said I have been running a larger galaxy size mod for a while, I have an I9 processor and a rtx 4080. I can load 5000 system galaxy in a minute or two usually. But if it's working fine for you then a new confliction must have appeared somewhere, likely after a mod was updated or something, so I guess I'll just have to keep trouble shooting and also try with this alone. Thank you for the quick response!

Loading it with Gigastructure and this mod, 2,5k stars and Core Cluster also works for me. Maybe its just your PC taking super long. How big do you wanna generate?

Did you try with only this mod? Cause there might be some incompatibility causing very long loading times. Like maybe with Gigastructure engineering where it spawns in additional planets could come to mind. As I said, I just generated a 2,5k star galaxy and that worked, so its either your pc acting up or some other mod comp issue.

The only large overhaul mod I use that could possibly conflict with this given it also changes stuff related to map generation is gigastructural engineering

Yes I have been using the "More Galaxy Sizes" mod for a while now, I haven't added anything to my load order, then today out of no where, It started causing an infinite loading screen, when I found that was the cause I went to the mod and saw someone else report the same thing. So I tried this one, placing it at the top, bottom and middle of my load order, each time it resulted in an infinite loading screen regardless of the galaxy size so long as either mod is active to begin wiht.

What size does not work for you? Cause I just generated a 2,5k one and that worked fine.The thing also is that generation time exponentially increases with very big sizes.

All galaxy size mods that are still up to date, which is like two lol, are causing an infinite loading screen upon trying to start a new game now.

@Vortek Gamer: I've had both. I can get a 2,000 star galaxy to generate, but then crash after a couple of days. Anything larger than that just gets hung up in the generation process (load screen) or just gives a CTD. Could this be a load-order issue?

Hi. I'm occupying systems in the center of the galaxy. There are at least two other empires there. My borders and the borders of these empires are obscured by the fog of war, as a result of which systems are mine from the map. How do I get rid of this?

Generated a 2,5k galaxy, let it run for some months. No problems for me.

Imperial vassal, this origin will cause the problem of overlapping star systems of dependent countries.

Small request that I forgot to add, could you increase the amount of fallen empires that can be spawned to higher number like 10 or more, if it could be possible.

OK, Shrouded systems is saying that only like 3000 systems spawned on 15000 setting and I wanted to confirm that I put it in the correct spot.

Removing is not really possible unless you want to make another mod overwriting my list. That would work. How long is your list? If you want to provide it, I could add it too.

Thank you for creating this and taking the time to update it! I appreciate it. This is the best version of this mod I have tried.

I am curious, do you know how I could remove the custom names? I have a name list with realistic names from real stars that I'd like to take priority over the names you've added.

Have you tried several galaxy sizes? I probably can't do anything against it. OOS are sync issue which are only fixable by mods in very limited cases unless you yourself caused some kind of data memory problem and I dont think this is the case.

The only thing id want added would be the option of having a 100x crisis tbh i had a galaxy shape mod that had it but i stopped using it cuz it stopped generating correctly but its not a necessity

Maybe they improved the performence somehow. I think generating the 10k galaxy took me 20 minutes when I made the mod. And I have a pretty good PC.

The fact is that the galaxy is generated surprisingly quickly, 5-10 minutes. And the only observations I can make are to compare the sizes of the generated galaxies from larger to smaller.

I think so yeah. Would not recommend playing with that though probably. Generating could already take like half an hour probably. I assume there would be an option to scan a save for systems though, so counting somehow should be possible I think.

Added a small update adding 1750 and 15000 galaxy sizes. It wont show outdated on 4.0 now also.

I dont know, there might be a comp patch if that mod just adds more shapes. Some comp patch would be needed though.
