All you should have to do is add only one entry in the table for each biome, and/or replace Names[v][math.random(1, #Names[v])] with Names[v][1] in the init.lua random function. If you need more help, feel free to find me in the Noita discord where I don't have to deal with the restrictions of tiny Steam comments ._.

Maybe! If you all have good suggestions I'll gladly put them in, I don't often play with modded biomes though so I wouldn't know what to mistake them for

"Elevator Base" for Hiisi base. The reason being "Hiisi" is commonly misspelled as "Hissi", which is finnish for elevator
