After swapping to Better Architect Menu and removing all your Categories.
1. Go into the mod folder
2. find the file inside -> \Mods and Shit\Dubs Hygiene\Patches
3. open the XML file (hygeine patch.xml)
4. Find this line under <!-- Remove useless shit -->
<Operation Class="PatchOperationAdd">
<xpath>Defs/ThingDef[defName="RadiatorTowelRail"]</xpath>
<value>
<designationCategory></designationCategory>
</value>
</Operation>

5. Replace with this line
<Operation Class="PatchOperationReplace">
<xpath>Defs/ThingDef[defName="RadiatorTowelRail"]/designationCategory</xpath>

That way, towel rails are added back under temperature tab.

Dubs outdoor unit (outdoor air-con unit) is animated based on how much power it is drawing, giving a neat visual effect for when your air con unit is being stressed.
Dub's indoor units are much cheaper resource wise to create, and also take significantly less power draw. They also don't break down, so they wont be devouring your components. I think the only ones that breaks down is the freezer unit and the outdoor unit.
All that said there are things I do like about vanilla expandeds implementation:
The air ducts look good and are much more fitting instead of pipes.
Wall mounted vents are fantastic.
The improvements of the vanilla units are a welcome change.
Kind of wish this mod focused more on dubs version of cooling, just replacing the aircon pipes with ducts for better flavor, while also looking better too.
Mixed feelings about the towel rack. I've never used it but it's a nice fluff thing.
About the Replace Stuff over hall items, they have support for Ideology styles with but VE Temp doesn't so yeah.
Lastly have you checked out Niilo's QoL? It has a cool feature that checks for overlaps with other mods and will let you know in the log.
The omission of some duplicate items is kind of sad and I wish at the very least they were build-able via left click menu. However, since I am stoopid and don't actually know if that's possible or easy to implement, it's no big deal.
All that critique nonsense aside, thank you for your work on all of your mods. I appreciate you!

The Tiny Tweaks Collection
- The various wall-mounted appliances, alongside the ceiling-mounted ones, have been removed. They just felt redundant and ugly to me.
Just figured I'd leave this here in case anyone else was running into the same issue. Maybe some day I'll learn my lesson about unprotected modding XD
I have many towel rails in my bathroom, but none of them are heated...
In hostels I'd saw towels radiators that are blowers too
So you have a heat air flux when leaving your shower plus heated towel
