tbh I think the main mod is dead, unless that's changed. Also, I've kinda stepped away from Hoi4

fair enough, but the tno version is severely lacking imo. perhaps you and that team can come to some sort of compromise? i dont mean to be pushy of course

isn't there already a mod for TNO tho? I'd rather not step on anyone's toes, I only started making this cause the other guy who worked on a iron curtain mod stopped.

oh that's what I do already, i thought you were talking about a single conversion mod that'd be work universally on all mods.

simple really, just go into the unit asset files in /GFX and assing models to nation tags

As for Iron Curtain, yeah, more about the Cold War experience :) but true, a little boring unless you start an invasion every 5 years. (invasion of small weak countries of course :( you don't want to start WW3 too soon by attacking a Nato/WarsawPact country)

I almost played SovietU till 1990 recently (almost no crash), I stopped at 1980 because there isn't the dissolution event and doing it myself was boring :o (as I took all industry events for Russia SSR, I would still remain at the same level of strengh in army, navy, air force, economy, just that I would have to make lot of economies in 2 years)
