This already happens in Vanilla with the vampire court. That's why any regeneration heals are nerfed by 50% to maintain the same regen rate as vanilla.
One thing that has been changed in this version however, is the normal heals that were previously also nerfed by 50%, but now it is only the regeneration heals.

I’ve already heard someone else who plays on the cloud complain that my mod doesn’t work. I honestly don’t know why, since it’s the same as any other mod.

This is pretty weird, make sure it's not any other mod overwriting it. Test only with the four parts of Radious and True Unit Size x2 (RADIOUS) 6.3
Now, only passive regeneration is nerfed by 50%, and all activatable healing spells are at 100%. (Feedback on this change is welcome.)

Are you running the game on a virtual machine? Like GeforceNow for example?
If not, try downloading another launcher like Runcher Launcher for example: (https://github.com/Frodo45127/runcher/releases/tag/v0.8.0) , because regardless of the order, on my side it is working normally.

I know it seems a bit counterintuitive, but it's actually quite the opposite. More units on screen makes it easier for projectiles to hit large numbers of units, which makes them stronger.
I'm having some trouble getting this to work.
My load order is
Radious pt1
Radious pt2
Radious pt3
Radious pt 4
True Unit Size x2 (RADIOUS) 6.2.X
(no other mods)
Ive also tried putting it before Radious, but all unit sizes stay as default.

It is no longer necessary to do this, the mod should be working normally.
It just obliterates everything and feels like a complete OP compared to other art pieces with 8 engines. Given the unit formations are more densely packed now on average, the art is more deadly than x2 times more. Artillery definitely needs more balancing in the x2 mods

Currently it is a Radious problem. In the meantime, you can use the temporary FIX on the Radious page itself, and put this mod (True Unit Size) to load below part 4 of Radious. Until Radious itself, update and fix the problem.
