No way, someone actually made this exact addon! Basically, some amount of time ago (I don't remember when exactly), I requested for a mod of the beer mugs from DRG, and here it is

unpacking game files, converting them to something blender accepts, maybe fix some things here and there like structure of the models skeleton and texture mapping, export in the format that can be converted for source engine, then convert to source engine format. also create textures almost from scratch to make them look similar to the originals.

Картинку узора вытянуть еще возможно, но вот сами материалы создавались с нуля. Иногда даже приходилось модели переделывать что-бы к ним можно было применять нужный материал

Кстати насколько я знаю в дрг вроде процедурные текстуры и их портировать нельзя. Пришлось самому их воссоздавать?
