works on multiplayer?

Ok good news...Got the cause of the issue...It was one of the clothings I use ( a military webbing in detail ). I've unequipped it and wear it again and now the character is correctly displayed again ;)

I've tried to enable the mod as the last one and tried the unsubscribe/re-subscribe thing let's see if it will fix it...

I have still to try it but I guess that if the issue is not coming from this mod that comes from the mod about the air cuts ( I need to check its name I don't remember it )

@Sonov Belial I have take a look to see what wrong but didn't find anything out of order so I tried a reupload. Your issue had been reported before but was found out that it didn't come from my mod. If you have time please try disable my mod to see if the issue still persists.

It was working again correctly but now the window size is correct but the character is not displayed in the relevant box unfortunately...

any fix yet?

Mod is currently SNAFU. Just half panel displayed and a tons of red errors generated soon as you open it unfortunately.

Ay, great mod overall, i also get the gray icon bug though. Im not sure if it will help but i initially noticed it when playing around with the issue. Basically applying makeup will apply to the character but not to the UI model.

I am a software dev, so i figured id give some input. I think the gray color is really just the background of the character screen, so the character is still there but its just offset when used in other areas (make up for example). Im not familiar with the modding tools in zomboid but the solution is probably to either:

a) Make your mod also encompass other areas that are using the avatar (so make up screen for example)
b) Add a function that allows you to enlarge/minimize the model back to its original size.

Lastly, when I disabled the mod, the issue still persisted, after verifying integrity of game files there was 1 file that was corrupted so thats another thing that might help you out :)

Super simple QOL mod, character creation is far less of a chore, especially if you have downloaded a new clothes pack and just want to see what the new wardrobe has to offer.

One of dozens of mods that should be a base vanilla feature.

I know the mod may not be worked on but I *think* the Bandits mod makes this buggy since they added a kill count. Removed hair menu and was still only getting the top half of the UI.

great mod when it works but for some reason a lot recently I just see the grey background with no character avatar. idk what is causing incompatibility maybe transmog mod, some other mod is fucking it i believe and i just dont know which

i edit the bigger charater to not display the weight, could i upload with your permision?
Also you could mention that works with label size mod (the other mod alterate the screen doesnt)

i think that's to do with some of the apparel not having models for one of the sexes, not this mod.

Had a debate and went with this.. Honestly I got tired of squinching my eyes .I just have to go through the hairs one by one until I memorize them🤷🏾 I can see the tattoos now

@earlyaccesslover Yes, seems like Improved Hair Menu also modifies the Customise Character panel as well. I honestly have no idea to resolve such conflict.

@euri Sorry to hear that. As I said, my mod only affects UI logic, not rendering. Please disable my mod to see if the issue persists if you can.

I ran into a bug that makes your avatar disappear, showing only a big empty grey box. Any idea what could have caused this? I have Brita armor installed and some armors are high-polygon, if that is related.

awesome mod, i can rest my eyes now :) one little note tho, if i might, for me it only works in-game for the info panel, in character creation it shows the default size. I suspect it might have something to do with the improved hair menu mod. or am i missin something? thanks for the mod in any case, it should be in the vanilla game.

Helpp, I've used this mod on my current save. It was working for some time until I can no longer see my avatar on the info box, just an empty gray box. I disabled mod and I still can't see my avatar :( Any tip on how to fix?
