I see, fair enough. personally i would make use of the classic marine models to make them closer to SC1/BW, but fair enough. you could also possibly give the medic a glowing green fluid tank of some kind somewhere on the back or the wrist or something like seen in old renders to further help distinction from white troops.

If I remember lor correctly. UED ground troops wore brown colors. White was for Dugal's elite corps, as well as Alpha Squadron ( Confederacy). The trouble is that I originally made decals UED and Confederation and when you paint the guys in white and they then blends in with the medics.

Anyway. If I manage to learn animation in blender. So it doesn't look fucked up. I'm gonna get the UED. Marines from the modders.

Understandable

The problem with the classic blue “Terran” color is that it doesn't look good on these models. 2\3 of the Marine's color palette consists of dark colors and the blue is lost. Unless of course you make it goofy-silly bright.

I am now trying to comprehend the deep almost Zen Buddhist philosophy of Blender and 3d modeling to rework the models. The medics could still use some iconic shields.

Anyway, I may roll out blue marines quickly, but I'm not sure. What they'll look like. Uh, uh. good.
