The sub-editor overwrites everything on save. The only other version ive got is the old MK3 revision of this sub. It's noticeably less developed than this.

If you open it up yourself in sub editor, without Improved husks enabled, you can make a local copy which should strip out the offending resources from it and allow its use with the 40k mods. Hope it helps.
